Contify Insight Templates are ready-to-use templates designed to help you create decision-ready business insights. While these templates can’t be edited directly, you can customize them by creating a copy and modifying it as needed.
Follow the steps below to create a custom version of a Contify Insight Template:
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Open Athena settings
Click on Athena from the Setup menu in the top-right hamburger menu.
Step 2: Copy the Contify Insight prompt
Go to Insight Templates.
Locate the Contify Insight Template you want to customize.
Click View more next to its AI prompt.
Copy the prompt content and paste it into a text editor of your choice.
Step 3: Switch to Custom templates
Click on the Custom tab in the Insight Templates section.
Step 4: Add a new template
Click Add Template to create a new custom Insight Template.
Step 5: Name your template
Enter a name for the template.
Tip: Use the same name as the Contify template you’re copying for easy reference.
Step 6: Link Fact Templates
Select one or more Fact Templates from the dropdown to map them to this Insight Template.
Step 7: Add a description (optional)
Provide a short description to explain the purpose of this Insight Template.
Step 8: Enable auto-updates (optional)
Turn on the Auto Update toggle if you want insights created from this template to update automatically when linked facts change.
You can turn this off anytime after the template is created.
