The Contify platform enables users to create a fact for an important update by manually capturing intelligence in a structured format. This article walks you through selecting a fact template, adding and reviewing details, and publishing the fact when you’re ready.
📌How to manually create a fact:
Step 1: Navigate to the ‘Facts’ module from the top navigation bar in ‘Home Page’.
Step 2: In the module, click on the ‘+ Facts’ icon located at the top right-hand side.
Step 3: From the drop-down menu, select a template based on your requirements. You can also search for it.
Step 4: After the template window opens, you have two options:
Provide a URL to auto-create the fact
Create it manually by filling in all the fields
Step 5: To create a fact yourself, disable the toggle next to ‘Enter a URL to auto-create fact' and provide the required information in the fields.
Step 6: You can review and verify the information and make changes if necessary.
Step 7: After verifying, click on ‘Publish’. You can also choose to publish it later by clicking on ‘Save and Review Later’.
