Written by Contify Team

Contify works with Claude via MCP (Model Context Protocol), so you can pull curated updates and insights directly into your Claude conversations without switching tools. Learn how to connect your Contify account, authenticate, and start querying your data right inside Claude.

How to integrate Contify MCP with Claude

Step 1: Open Connectors in Claude

Go to Settings → Connectors in Claude, then click Add to add a custom connector.

Step 2: Add the Contify MCP server details

In the Add custom connector dialog, enter:

Name: Contify MCP

Click Continue.

Step 3: Add the OAuth Client ID

On the next screen, enter the OAuth Client ID: cfy-mcp

Step 4: Authenticate your Contify account

Claude will redirect you to Contify's authentication page. Log in with your Contify credentials to authorize the connection.

Step 5: Return to Claude and start querying

Once authentication succeeds, you'll be redirected back to Claude with the connector showing as Connected. You can now type your queries directly in Claude, and it will pull the relevant curated updates from Contify.
