Sharing updates from Contify to Slack involves following steps:
Sharing a Single Update:
Click the share icon on the news card.>>Choose "Slack.">>Select the desired Slack channel.>>Add context in the 'Comments' field.>>Click "Share update."
Sharing Multiple Updates:
Select the updates you want to share.>>Click "Share.">>Choose "Slack.">>Select the relevant Slack channel.>>Provide context in the 'Comments' field.>>Click "Share update."
Sharing to Slack will require you to set up a one-time connection between Contify and Slack. Please see the steps below -
Steps to follow for Slack Integration: One-time setup
Access your Contify account and click on your initials.
Select "Settings."
Scroll down and click "Connect to Slack."
Sign in to your Slack account when prompted.
Choose your desired Slack workspace.
Click "Allow" to complete the one-time integration.
Look for the confirmation on Contify once the integration is successful.
You may need a one-time approval from your IT team, to enable access of the Contify app in your Slack workspace.
