Contify Athena offers a highly configurable approach to help you monitor the positioning of your competitors. Marketing collaterals, such as blogs, case studies, and whitepapers, cover a vast array of information on positioning. You can leverage Contify's 'Insights' functionality to monitor the positioning of your competitors.
📌 How to monitor the brand/product positioning of competitors :
Step 1: Go to the 'Facts' section from the 'Athena AI' module and select the fact created with the 'Positioning & Claims' template.
Step 2: To do this, navigate to the marketing template group, click on the 'Positioning & Claims' template, and then click on 'Apply'.
Step 3: You will see filtered results by the Positioning & Claims template.
Step 4: Choose the facts you want to consider to monitor your competitors' positioning.
Step 5: Click on 'Generate Insights' and select an insight prompt related to positioning. For example, 'How is Company A positioning itself in its marketing blogs/collaterals?'
Step 6: Select from the 'Recommended Templates' or from the 'All Templates'. Click on 'Proceed'.
Step 7: View the comprehensive summary of your Insight Prompt in the description; you may edit/format it as you prefer. Once the insight is created, you can change the title and description and edit the prompt. Then click 'Publish'.
Contify Athena offers complete authority to edit the AI prompts not only for Templates and Fields but also for Insight Prompts. Assume that you are not fully satisfied with the Insight you received by following the above steps. To address this, you can always edit the AI prompt to receive a tailor-made LLM response for your Insight Prompt related to the positioning of your competitors.
📌How to edit the AI prompt of an insight :
Step 1:Go to the 'Insights' section via the 'Athena' module.
Step 2: Search for the insight prompt you want to edit.
Step 3: Click on the 'Edit' [pencil] button and edit the AI prompt.
Step 4: Click on 'Update' to save your changes.
Step 5: Go to 'Facts' section again and select the fact cards you want to consider to monitor the positioning of your competitors and rerun the process of generating an 'Insight'.
