Contify's Ask Athena is a Generative AI-driven conversational interface equipped with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. It leverages GenAI to support users in drawing meaningful Insights from their data in an easy-to-use and efficient manner at the click of a button. By using RAG, Ask Athena improves the quality and relevance of its answers by finding important information from chosen topics and adding it to user questions before creating informed responses.
Why is Ask Athena unique ?
What makes Ask Athena different from similar offerings lies in its ability to be specific about the sources that are used to generate a response. Since Ask Athena can utilize Curated Newsfeed, Facts and Insights that are generated by user to curate a response by leveraging LLMs, it offers a response that is specifically tailored for them without any additional content.
📌 How to use Ask Athena :
Step 1: Log into the platform and click on 'Ask Athena' in the top navigation in Home Page.
Step 2: Select a 'Focus Area' ;the focus areas are the sources used by the Ask Athena to generate responses. Choose between 'Curated Newsfeed', 'Facts and Insights' or 'Attachments'. By default the Ask Athena will generate a response by taking all of the available sources into account.
Step 3: Converse with Ask Athena by typing your query in the provided textbox.
Step 4: If the response is not completely satisfying or you need more information, try selecting a different focus area to generate a response.
Step 5: Refine your query to help Ask Athena better understand your question.
📌 How to generate an insight of the response :
Step 1: Click on the 'Bulb' icon labeled 'Add to Insights.'
Step 2: A pop-up window called 'Generate Insight' opens.
Step 3: Either choose from the existing available templates or create one by clicking on 'Add Template.'
Step 4: When creating an insight template, provide the following details, such as
Insight template name
Choose icon picker
Edit AI prompt if required
Provide description
Step 5: Choose to auto-update or not and click on 'Create' to finalise the insight template.
Get responses from your documents :
Ask Athena has got you covered if you want your queries answered from specific documents. Simply upload PDFs by clicking on the attachment icon and select the focus area as Attachments. Now, Ask Athena will answer your queries from the uploaded file(s) only. You can attach up to five PDF files.
