The users can click on their username on the top right of the platform to find their analyst contact details. The contact details include the analyst’s name, email address, and phone number.

Users can select the most convenient way (email/phone) to reach their analyst, and quickly get the assistance they need. This feature will further enable easy collaboration between users and Contify analysts.
