The Contify platform now lets you add Insights to your Newsletter making it easier than ever to share the insights you derived.

The website change tracker of Contify platform has an all new look. You can now compare the changes made in a webpage using a convenient side by side fashion. You can also zoom in on the view or switch the views to track the changes using the hover tool.

The Contify platform now enables you to add an update to Bookmarks directly from the email and Instant alerts. These updates will be added to your other bookmarks in the Contify platform.

With Contify’s new offering of enabling you to add individual updates to the Newsletter you don’t have to keep track of the updates by selecting them in bulk. You can add updates as you scroll through your Newsfeed on the go.

You can now see a clear indication when an update has been marked as a “Key Update” enabled by the “Key Update” flag in the Contify platform.

The copilot just got smarter! Curated Newsfeed is also added as a source now. You can now get tailored responses from Copilot for your questions using the “Focus Areas”. You can either select multiple Focus Areas or a single one to get the most out of your Copilot.

The Newsfeed on the Contify platform has been revamped. You can now find all your relevant news stories in a clutter free view with improved and intuitive navigation. The search and advanced search options are also made prominent for easier access.

Search quicker with Contify’s favorite saved searches option. You can now create a saved search and mark it as “favorite” and run it the next time you need it from the favorite saved search list.

You can now easily locate the stories in the Newsfeed which have been used to generate Insights. The stories from which Insights have been generated are now distinguishable in the Contify platform.

The Contify platform now lets you add widgets to your newsletters directly from your dashboard. You can do this by clicking on the 3-dot menu button in your dashboard widget and selecting the Newsletter to which you want to add the widget.

We have improved the user experience of creating KIQ Response. Now you can see the AI generated insight and the Analyst Insight in separate boxes to better extract the value from that Insight.

We have made it simpler for you to find stories in your Curated Newsfeed. You can directly go the story that you have added to the Curated Newsfeed from the Global Newsfeed news card by clicking on the “View in Curated Newsfeed” button.

Sent newsletters can now be downloaded as PDF documents from the ‘Sent’ tab of Newsletter Manager.

In the latest roll out, we have implemented a feature that automatically adds AI-generated Key Highlights for all the updates in a newsletter. This means that the newsletters will contain the key highlights of all the updates by default.

We've upgraded our process to ensure that downloaded images are of better quality. The functionality behind the download widget & download workspace has also been upgraded to match the current process of sharing dashboards via email. This ensures that the images users download are consistent and of high quality throughout the dashboard.

We've added a spinner to the data tabs in Insights. Now, you'll see a loading indicator while your data is being fetched. This should help make it clear when your data is still loading and prevent any confusion.

We've made it easier for you to share your work with your team! Now, when you copy a view, all custom tags and advanced queries are also copied. This means that the recipient of the copied view will have access to all the same information and functionality as the original view. We've also ensured that all user permissions and data integrity are maintained during the copying process.

We've introduced a new feature that allows you to select multiple updates and generate a summary for them all at once! This feature uses LLMs to generate the summary, and you can even edit the prompt for generating the title and summary if you're not satisfied with the output.

We've improved newsletter analytics to ensure that the data displayed on the platform matches the downloadable analytics reports. The UI has been updated, and the analytics data on the Contify platform is now updated in real-time for greater consistency and accuracy.

The icon in the Company Product Benchmarking has been updated. The icons have been updated to better indicate the unavailability of information for a particular feature on the Contify platform.

We've redesigned the filter on the Insights - Data Tab page to make it more user-friendly. Now, filter labels are always visible, so you'll never be confused about which filter you've selected.

We've enhanced the functionality of the 'url_contains' operator. Now, it only provides stories where the user query matches with the source URL, instead of checking across source and all attachment URLs. This should make your searches more precise and relevant.

We're excited to introduce the new Contify Copilot. This feature can be accessed from a new tab on the platform. The chatbot is designed to provide answers to your queries, along with the source from where the answer has been generated. Initially, the data source will be Insights, but we're planning to expand this to include Curated Newsfeed in the future.

The copilot will only be visible to users with access to the insights module.

We've replaced the 'regenerate response' button with a new 'Ask the Expert' button. When you click this button, a form will appear where you can submit your query which will be addressed by a Contify Expert.

We've added a new feature that allows you to report issues related to Insights. A popup similar to the 'report issue' in the Contify newsfeed will appear, containing a comment box for specifying the details of the issue.

We've added a tooltip to the Insight list view on the left which will display when hovering the cursor over the Insight title. This has been done to make the navigation easier while providing additional context during browsing.

The 'Insights' tab has been renamed to 'Facts' for improved clarity and consistency.

We've implemented an in-house machine learning model for translating non-English content. This new feature will help enable translation of all non-English content, apply custom tags to non-English content, and deliver translated content on both the Contify platform and News API.

Users can now view the workspaces through a left panel in the dashboard. The vertical slider menu opens a list of workspaces present in the dashboard. Workspace names also have an edit icon which opens the modal to edit the workspace. This has been done to make the navigation process in more intuitive and easier.

We've made several updates to improve the user journey and insights adoption. Help documentation for the Insights page and KIQs has also been added at various points to help users navigate Insights easier.

We've added a new option in the 'sort by' dropdown in insights filters - "Date announced/ captured". This allows users to sort the insight based on the date when the event behind the insight was announced/ captured in the Contify system (newsfeed).

We've made several UI/UX fixes in Insights. These include adding the company name in the node when the company logo is missing in the Insight Fact Card display, maintaining the same dashboard widget title height with or without image, and fixing the 'Display Field' feature in the Object's fields page.

Users can now select multiple 'Key Highlights' from a single story in the Curated Newsfeed and create a new insight. This is a change from the previous functionality where an insight could only be created from a single 'Key Highlight', allowing users to add more relevant information to their Insights.

We've given our dashboards a fresh new look! The user interface now has new default settings, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.

We've made individual widgets from dashboard workspaces interlink-able and shareable. You can now share them externally via email or link them within another widget in a different workspace. This feature is designed to enhance collaboration and information sharing.

We've made several improvements to the UI/UX elements in the Insights module. These include changes to the display label and location of the 'Enable Website URL Field', making the title clickable in the references modal of an insight, and changing the position of 'view all insight'.

We have introduced an new 'added by' attribute in the Insights Date Line. Now, when an insight is created by Contify and copied to your account, under pending review status, the 'Added by' name will show as 'InsightEngine'. This has been to make the tracking the origin of Insights easier.

We've fixed a bug that was causing the Key Highlights to display as a paragraph instead of bullet points for some updates.

We've resolved an issue where the text in the newsletter navigation tab was overflowing into the tab to the right. The navigation tabs now display text correctly.

We have introduced new auto-populating timeline widgets such as M&A and Partnerships & Alliances, to enhance insight visualisation. We've made the date boxes in timeline widgets clickable, so when you click on a date, a new window will open, redirecting you to the Insight card used to create the event for that date in the timeline.

A new button has been added to the insights references modal, allowing for easy copying of insight links.

We've added the ability to add a reference for Insights. The Reference (URL) field will now be mandatory for creating the insight enhancing traceability and credibility of the Insight.

We've updated the workflow for editing prompts that are used to generate KIQ Responses. This will allow users to tailor KIQ Responses to better suit their requirements.

Users now have the ability to seamlessly add records for new Person directly within new Insights. This will allow the users to maintain a record of key people in their domains and industries.

Introducing a new 'View all Insights' button for easy navigation allowing the users to view all their Insights at the click of a button.

We have redesigned the process of content creation from PDF files. We now generate relevant Title and Lead from PDFs and summarise the content after extraction from PDF, allowing users to utilise the content more efficiently.

We've refined the user interface of the Newsletter Manager with updated design elements and default settings. The updated newsletter manager will allow the users create more consistent newsletters in an easier manner.

Users now have the flexibility to include or exclude 'Title' and 'Subheading' fields when creating widgets on the dashboard.

We've renamed 'Facts' to 'Key Highlights' across all news cards in newsfeeds, providing a clearer representation of content for better understanding.

We have added a new query ('is_root=1') to facilitate locating root stories within the system. The documentation for this is available in the Advance Query help.

The newsletter edit modal has been expanded based on user feedback to offer a more comprehensive view of content during editing.
