To Show / Hide Tags across all individual updates in the Newsfeed: Click the Newsfeeds >> Tags (top right), and choose Show / Hidden - demonstrated in the image below:
Contify news updates have tags (Company, Topics, Sources, Industry, Location, etc.). Users can opt to display or conceal these tags.
