Select the updates you want to export. You can also select all the stories by clicking the ‘Select All’ check box above the newsfeed.

Once you have selected the stories you want to export or share, a menu bar appears. Select the ‘Download’ option.

Select the format you want to export the stories in, and your browser will be prompted to download the file.
