Contify Insights enables you to generate KIQ responses using facts of two or more objects. The following steps can be followed to achieve this.
Navigate to the “Insights” module in the Contify platform using the top navigation.
Select an object of your choice and select a fact for that object.
You will see that one fact has been selected. Clear the object filter and select another object. You can now select Facts from the newly filtered object. Eventually, you will be able to see that now two facts have been selected at the top left, from more than one object.
Click on generate KIQ response button in the top navigation. Select a KIQ and click on “Create New” button to generate a KIQ response for the selected facts.
Repeat the steps (2) and (3) to select facts from two or more objects and once you have selected all the objects of your choice execute step (4) to generate a KIQ response.
